Your CV is the DNA of your personal story. Unlike traditional platforms, your data never falls into our servers - all hashes are stored as encrypted pieces in the distributed network. When users upload their CVs to the system, the data is instantly encrypted with AES-256 encryptionand the encrypted file is sent to decentralized IPFS storage to obtain a unique content identifier (CID); then a low gas cost (~$0.01) Polygon smart contract comes into play, minting the LiberCV NFT that records this CID as metadata. In CV updates, the new version is encrypted with the same encryption key, uploaded to IPFS, a new CID is obtained, and the updateTokenURI function of the contract on Polygon is called at low cost (~$0.003) to dynamically update the LiberCV NFT. This entire process enables the same LiberCV NFT to be used by multiple companies with secure and up-to-date access. Thus, in a decentralized career ecosystem where CVs are NFTized, all data passes to 100% control of candidates thanks to LiberCV...

Employers scan from our system's candidate pool with "Name/LiberCV ID/Position/Profession" based filters through our familiar Web2 interface. They request access to the LiberCV they like. The LiberCV owner grants permission through the platform interface with the "Show my CV to ABC Company for 15 days" option. Permission information is stored in off-chain DB for speed + hash is logged on Polygon. The system automatically decrypts and securely shows the CV content to the employer (for the specified duration). Thus, while multiple institutions can access the current CV, user data is protected with encryption and chain security.

LiberMatch's dynamic matching system is based on a multifaceted performance metric formed by mutual evaluations of candidates and companies. It is a transparent mechanism that fundamentally changes the traditional one-way evaluation approach. While our system scores companies through 3 different criteria: "company evaluation survey, comments (transparency score), and social interaction", it contributes 30% to the formation of company profile scores. While companies score candidate profiles through 2 different criteria: "competency analysis and social interaction", it contributes 30% to the formation of candidate profile scores. The remaining 70% of both candidate and company profile scores are determined by 5 different criteria: "CV Completion, AI ATS Optimization, AI Grammar Optimization" for candidates and "Profile Completion, Employment Analysis" for companies.
