Individual Membership (Candidate)

Information Usage

The information provided by all our visitors who fill out the LiberCV.com individual membership form – primarily including personal information, educational information, contact details, work experience, date of birth, gender, photo, and other information stated in their resume – is used to:

  • Make it available for use by companies seeking personnel
  • Expand the range of services offered on the site
  • Determine needs and expectations
Communication

The email addresses collected during the membership process are important for announcing innovations, newsletters, campaigns, and maintaining communication with our members.

Members can opt out of receiving these informational communications from LiberCV.com by selecting the relevant option. LiberCV.com members can also notify changes to their personal information by updating their membership details.

Resume Management

Resume Creation

LiberCV.com provides its individual members with the opportunity to create, save, and apply for jobs online. Resumes created by members within this scope can be viewed by employers.

Active Status

Job-seeking members whose resumes are in "Active" status can be displayed in resume database candidate searches conducted by employer companies on LiberCV.com. When a resume is "Active," the job-seeking member's resume becomes accessible to companies they haven't applied to and is included in bulk queries and transfers to employers within the candidate pool/resume database.

Passive Status

A resume in "Passive" status ensures it is only viewable by companies to which the job-seeking member has applied. Resumes of members in passive status cannot be viewed by employer companies in LiberCV.com resume database searches under any circumstances.

Important Requirements

The Member accepts and undertakes that all information provided in the Membership Form is accurate, valid, and current.

It is strictly prohibited for resume information to be false, incomplete, or deceptive/misleading; to lead to discrimination, incite third parties to crime, or contain propaganda regarding any ethnic group, origin, language, political opinion, religion, etc.

General Usage and Security Rules

LiberCV.com is a public site. The name and contact information of the company publishing the job advertisement are displayed in the advertisements.

Permitted Usage

  • Members may use the information only for the purposes specified in the Terms of Use
  • Services provided for candidates are free of charge
  • All information on the site is the property of LiberCV.com

Prohibited Activities

Content Violations
  • Saving resumes that contain false, incomplete, misleading statements
  • Content contrary to general moral principles
  • Inappropriate photos
  • Private or public announcements for advertising purposes
Security Violations
  • Attempts to access other resume information unauthorized
  • Threatening the general security of the site
  • Attempts that would block site operation
  • Copying information partially or entirely without permission

Content Usage Rights

Intellectual Property

All job postings, texts, graphics, statistical information, and images ("Materials") on this Site are created by LiberCV.com, and all intellectual and industrial property rights arising from Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant laws and regulations belong exclusively to LiberCV.com.

Usage Restrictions

Copying, reproducing, publishing, or republishing the Materials on the Site without the written consent of LiberCV.com is prohibited. Similarly, the naming rights and logo of the Site belong exclusively to LiberCV.com and may not be used in any way or made available to third parties without written consent.

LiberCV.com cannot be held responsible for any damage to the software and hardware components used by visitors and Members due to any software on LiberCV.com. Links provided to inform or assist visitors (links redirecting to different websites) and the risks associated with these sites belong to the visitors.

Rights and Termination

LiberCV Rights
  • Use all membership information for marketing activities
  • Make necessary changes without prior notice
  • Cancel candidate's resume or company's job postings without notice
  • Terminate membership for violations
Violation Consequences

If LiberCV.com determines that the Member acts in violation of these Terms of Use, LiberCV.com has the right to report the Member to competent authorities and terminate the membership. LiberCV.com reserves all litigation and claim rights and may demand compensation for damages incurred.

Legal Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms of Use.

Effective Date

These Terms of Use shall enter into force upon the Member's initiation of membership with LiberCV.com and shall remain in force unless terminated for one of the reasons specified in the terms.

Member Acknowledgment

The Member accepts and undertakes that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the articles in these Terms of Use and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
