  • How can I register on LiberCV?

    You can easily create membership by clicking the "Login" button in the top right corner of our homepage, either directly with the activation code sent to your email address or with one click using your Google/Yandex accounts. The entire registration process is completed in two simple steps.

  • Which browsers is the LiberCV platform compatible with?

    LiberCV is compatible with all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.

  • What is an activation code and what is it used for?

    An activation code is a unique verification key generated by automation to ensure your account security. Through this code, we confirm the authenticity of your email address and ensure your account is protected against unauthorized access.

  • I didn't receive the activation code to my email address. What should I do for a solution?

    First, please check your spam/junk folders. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, you can use the "Resend Code" option. If the problem persists, our technical team will provide a solution as soon as possible when you contact [email protected] with your registration information.

  • Is there email and SMS notification support?

    Yes, you can receive important notifications via email. We do not have SMS notification support.

  • Does LiberCV have a mobile application?

    We are currently a web-based platform, our website is mobile compatible. However, we plan to release our mobile applications for iOS and Android in the first quarter of 2027.

  • Is LiberCV membership paid?

    Basic membership to the LiberCV platform is completely free. No fees are charged for profile creation, CV preparation, and use of basic features. Our premium features are offered optionally.

  • How are candidate accounts verified?

    Candidate accounts undergo phone and email verification in the LiberCV web2 version. In the web3 version, Metamask wallet verification is required for unique NFT-CVs.

  • How are employer accounts verified?

    All employers must register with corporate email and upload company documents. After the documents are completely uploaded to the system, company profiles are approved by admin within a maximum of 5 minutes.

  • What are the basic features offered free of charge for candidates?

    Many basic features designed for professional career development are offered free of charge to candidates on the LiberCV platform. These include; professional CV builder, customizable profile page, one-click application to job postings, profile activity score analysis, instant notification system, access to company pool and LiberMatch smart matching algorithm. Token purchase is required for premium features.

  • What advantages do premium features for candidates provide?

    LiberCV's premium features offer advanced tools that provide candidates with competitive advantage. These include; AI-supported multilingual CV translation service, artificial intelligence grammar and expression optimization, ATS (Application Tracking System) compatibility analysis and other professional services. All these features include data-driven solutions that help you stand out in job applications.

  • How is the token-based pricing for premium features for candidates?

    Our premium services are accessible through the token system and pricing is as follows: AI-CV Multi-Language Translation 100 tokens, AI Grammar and Expression Optimization 150 tokens, AI ATS Compatibility Analysis 150 tokens. You can access token packages from the "Account Settings" section and provide flexible usage according to your needs.

  • What do the free basic features for companies cover?

    Basic features such as company profile creation, corporate identity management, profile evaluation score, real-time notification system, access to candidate pool and LiberMatch smart matching technology are offered free of charge to companies. You can benefit from our extended services by purchasing tokens for premium features.

  • What is the pricing model for premium features for companies?

    Our premium services for companies include; job posting (100 tokens/posting), deep candidate profile scanning, talent matching analysis and priority visibility packages for your postings. You can flexibly purchase the services you need with your tokens, reach the talents you target with a cost of 100 tokens per posting, purchase "100 tokens" per boost to move your published posting to the top ranks. Additionally, you can benefit from our extension service for "50 tokens" to extend the publication period of your postings by +7 days.

  • In which languages can I create and translate my CVs?

    You can create professional CVs in your native language with support for over 40 languages. More importantly, with our AI-supported translation technology, you can automatically translate into 40+ global languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic, creating a multilingual CV portfolio with one click.

  • How does the token system work and how can I access premium services?

    Tokens are digital usage units that provide access to premium services on the LiberCV platform. It is calculated at a fixed rate of 1 Token = 0.10 USD. By purchasing a minimum of 100 tokens (worth $10), you can instantly start using premium features such as AI optimizations, multilingual translations, job posting, extending posting duration, boost and advanced analysis tools through multi-service integrations with the same tokens. Your tokens are automatically spent during use and you can track your remaining balance from your profile panel.

  • How is the token purchase process carried out?

    Token purchase is quite simple and secure. You can instantly make transactions with your credit card or bank card through 3D Secure security protocol by selecting the amount you want from the "Load Token" section in your account panel. All payments are processed through encrypted connections to protect your financial information.

  • Do the tokens I purchased have a limited usage period?

    There is no time limit on your tokens. The tokens you purchase are stored indefinitely in your account and you can spend them to use premium services whenever you want. Your token balance can be viewed at any time in your profile panel.

  • How and where are the tokens I purchased stored?

    In our current Web2 infrastructure, the tokens you purchase are stored in your personal account protected by bank-level security measures. After the Web3 transition and blockchain integration to be completed in 2026, your tokens will be converted to digital assets with the coin we will launch to the market. In this case, you will be able to safely store your coins in hot wallets like MetaMask, hardware wallets or exchange accounts.

  • What is the token refund policy?

    Full refund is provided for unused tokens if you request within 14 days from the purchase date. Spent tokens cannot be refunded due to the digital nature of the service used. To initiate the refund process, it is sufficient to apply to [email protected] with your account information.

  • Can I request an invoice for my purchases?

    E-invoices are automatically issued for all your token purchases. You can instantly access your invoices from the "My Invoices" section in your account panel and download them as PDF. Special invoice requests for our corporate customers are evaluated through [email protected] address.

  • Are token prices fixed or variable?

    Token prices are currently fixed (1 Token = $0.10). However, prices may be updated after the coin we will launch to the market following the transition to Web3 in April 2026, depending on platform growth. Price changes will be announced in advance.

  • How can I track my tokens?

    You can see your remaining token balance and spending history in your account panel.

  • Can I pay with cryptocurrency when buying tokens?

    No. You can only pay with credit card or debit card.

  • Is there a currency exchange risk when buying tokens?

    No. It is calculated at a fixed rate of 1 Token = 0.10 USD.

  • Can I transfer my tokens to other users? Will a token exchange be established?

    Token transfer will be opened in the 2026 Web3 transition. No exchange is currently planned.

  • What is AI Smart CV?

    AI Smart CV is web2-based AI-supported CVs encrypted with AES-256. CV information is stored on our virtual servers. Your resume created in classic format or in the language you want is transformed into smart and professional CVs with unique features such as automatic translation in over 40 languages, real-time ATS (Recruitment Management System) optimization and grammar optimization.

  • What is LiberCV?

    Web3-blockchain based AI Smart CVs. CVs are encrypted with AES-256. The encrypted file is uploaded to IPFS and its hash is taken. This hash is added to the NFT's metadata and minted on the blockchain. Those who want access to the CV (employers) request permission through the user's DID. The user shares the encryption key by giving a time-stamped token. The file is pulled from IPFS with the token and decrypted. Thus, in a decentralized identity ecosystem where CVs are turned into NFTs, all data is 100% under the control of candidates thanks to LiberCV.

  • What is the difference between AI Smart CV and LiberCV?

    AI Smart CV is web2 based. Your data is stored on our virtual servers. LiberCV is web3-blockchain based. Your data never falls into our servers – all hashes are in the distributed network in encrypted parts. In short, we cannot see your LiberCV, 100% control of LiberCVs is the responsibility of candidates.

  • When will LiberCV's Web3 transition be completed?

    The Web3 transition will be completed in 2026. During this process, CVs will be stored as NFTs and the system will gain a decentralized structure after tokenization activities.

  • Who owns the copyright of CVs created in LiberCV?

    After the transition to Web3, the copyright of unique NFT-CV content belongs entirely to the user.

  • Will my CVs belong entirely to me in the Web3 transition? How will my right to delete be protected?

    NFT-CVs are stored in your wallet on the Polygon blockchain. The deletion process is performed permanently with the "Burn" function.

  • How will taxation be in the blockchain transition?

    NFT-CVs are not considered digital assets. Standard VAT (20%) applies to token purchases for 2025.

  • Which wallets are NFT-CVs compatible with?

    MetaMask Wallet. In ERC-1155 standard on Polygon mainnet.

  • Can I upload multiple CVs?

    Yes, you can upload 10 different classic CV or AI Smart CV versions created in different languages and with different optimization options and customize them according to the job posting.

  • Can I add a Cover Letter to my CVs?

    Yes, you can add different cover letter types you have created specific to sectors to any CV you want. All you need to do is add the cover letter you created during job application to your CV. You can edit your cover letters from the "My Cover Letters" section of your panel.

  • How do I keep my CV up to date?

    You can update or perform AI optimization at any time from the "Edit CV" section on your profile page. Changes are instantly reflected in all your applications and profile score.

  • Can I keep my CV private?

    Yes, in the web2 version you can set your CV's visibility status as "Private" or "Employers Only" from profile settings. For the web3 version; refer to the question "Can I keep my Candidate Profile private?"

  • How is ATS Optimization done?

    AI Smart ATS optimization is done with AI-supported real-time analysis. The system automatically scans your CV by: • Checking keyword compatibility. • Providing format standardization. • Making it compatible with the reading logic of recruitment software. • Ensuring your resume gains maximum visibility in ATS systems.

  • How is Grammar Optimization done?

    AI Smart grammar optimization is done with AI-supported real-time analysis. Uses AI language processing technology. Instantly corrects grammar errors. Improves expression by raising it to a professional language level. Performs multilingual optimization with 40+ language support. Improves sentence structures in accordance with sectoral terminology.

  • What is Profile Score?

    It is a multi-faceted performance metric that forms the basis for LiberMatch's dynamic matching system, formed by mutual evaluations of candidates and companies. It is a transparent mechanism that fundamentally changes the traditional one-way evaluation approach. Our system allows candidates to score companies on 3 different criteria: "company evaluation survey, comments (transparency score) and social interaction", providing a 30% contribution to the formation of company profile scores. Companies score candidate profiles on 2 different criteria: "competency analysis and social interaction", providing a 30% contribution to the formation of candidate profile scores. The remaining 70% of both candidate and company profile scores are determined by 5 different criteria: "CV Completion, AI ATS Optimization, AI Grammar Optimization" for candidates and "Profile Completion, Employment Analysis" for companies.

  • How is my Candidate Profile score calculated?

    Your score is calculated considering CV completion rate (40%), AI optimization quality (30%), and employer interactions (30%).

  • Can I keep my Candidate Profile private?

    Your candidate profile is not your resume. Your profile contains only limited information such as "name-surname", "about me" and "profile score". Your private data (date of birth, phone number, work experiences, etc.) is not included in your profile page. You can think of this structure like limited public profiles on social networks. Your resumes can only be viewed by employers. After Web3 Transition: • With the Web3 blockchain transition to be completed in 2026, companies will be able to view your NFT-CV only with your approval. Approval process: • Candidate shares encryption key with company through time-stamped token. • Company has the right to view NFT-CV for only 24 hours. • Thanks to LiberCV's unique structure, companies do not have rights such as downloading, taking screenshots or sharing with third parties.

  • How is my Company Profile score calculated?

    Your score is calculated considering Profile completion rate (40%), AI optimization quality (30%), and candidate interactions (30%).

  • Can I keep my Company Profile private?

    Contact information belonging to companies, "about us" content and commercial identity data are publicly available information that does not require privacy. Therefore, there is no hiding option for company profiles. As in Europe (EU Commercial Registry Regulation) and America (SEC records), companies in the establishment phase: • Register with official institutions with official declarations • Announce commercial registry information in official gazettes • Keep legal entity details open to public access • These legal obligations ensure that company information automatically becomes public property.

  • How does the LiberMatch algorithm work?

    With profile scores, our candidates score companies on critical topics such as company evaluation surveys, social interaction and transparency score, while employers also evaluate candidates with competency analysis forms and social interactions. This bilateral system creates not only talent-application matching, but also long-term success partnerships. The "LiberMatch algorithm" analyzes these mutual evaluations in real time, highlighting companies with the highest working conditions for candidates, and creating the ideal candidate pool with the best cultural fit and competency balance for companies.

  • How can I increase my Candidate Profile Score?

    You can directly manage 70% of your profile score. CV Completion (50%) requires you to completely fill all fields in your profile – portfolio links, certificates and competencies enriched with sectoral keywords are included in this scope. For AI ATS Optimization (10%), run LiberCV's automatic analysis with every CV update; achieve 90%+ compatibility with job postings by adding the keywords suggested by the system and applying format improvements. AI Grammar Optimization (10%) covers using the artificial intelligence editing tool in all language versions and adopting sectoral terminology suggestions. The remaining 30% develops organically: Social interactions you establish with companies (profile likes, archiving) and competency analysis reports created by companies form this section. The more active you are in the system (3+ job posting reviews per week, responding to company questions within 24 hours), the more your profile score increases with positive feedback from companies. For example, each "like" brings +0.5 points, each "competency analysis" brings +2.5 points.

  • How can I increase my Company Profile Score?

    You can control 70% of your score. For Profile Completion (50%), share your commercial registry information, office photos showing candidates' working conditions and basic identity data such as transparent salary scales completely in your profile. In the Employment Analysis (20%) section, periodic employment analyses updated every 3 months specific to occupational groups and sectors are automatically created in the job postings you will publish from LiberCV and the employment analysis results belonging to the company are displayed by visitors on your profile page. The organic growing 30% segment depends on the quality of your candidate interactions. Company evaluation surveys filled by candidates and transparency scores in comments directly affect this section. Explaining annual training and social rights budget per employee (Example: min $500), publishing Environmental-Social-Governance report, establishing feedback mechanism in application rejection, returning to candidates within 48 hours triggers positive returns from candidates.

  • How do employers communicate with me?

    Employers can communicate only through the in-platform messaging system and with your approval.

  • How long do job postings stay published?

    Job postings stay published for 15 days. If extension is desired, +7 days is purchased for each posting. The posting is automatically archived at the end of the period.

  • How does the job posting process work?

    After filling out the 3-step form and making payment, your posting is published instantly. The approval process takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After your posting is approved, feedback comes to the notifications section in your profile and via email.

  • How are candidates notified of new job postings?

    You can receive email and mobile notifications when new postings are added to positions you follow. You can manage your notification preferences from your profile.

  • What are candidate filtering criteria?

    You can filter by profession, experience level, location, education status and language skills. For deep filtering, you can benefit from LiberMatch's Profile Score-based matching service.

  • What are company filtering criteria?

    You can filter by Company Name, sector, location, Profile Score.

  • What are job posting filtering criteria?

    You can filter by profession and talent in the location you want.

  • Can I see my application statistics?

    In the candidate management panel; you can track CV view counts, who viewed, application status, date-time and employer interactions.

  • Can I see my Profile Statistics?

    In both company and candidate management panels, you can monitor all data from profile view counts to who viewed, like/dislike ratios to archiving/blocking statistics —along with information about which employer or candidate performed them— free and transparently, and examine the positive or negative impact of these interactions on your profile score.

  • What are the factors that lower Profile Score?

    For companies, negative social interactions from candidates (dislike and block situations), low rates in company evaluation surveys and transparency scores in comments are factors that lower the company's profile score. For candidates, negative social interactions from companies (dislike and block situations), low competency analysis rates are factors that lower the candidate's profile score.

  • How is technical support provided?

    Starting from 07.07.2025, we are at your service with our 24/7 online support bot and live support team between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays.

  • How can I delete my account?

    You can perform permanent deletion from Management Panel > Account Management > Delete Account section.

  • How do LiberMatch job recommendations work?

    Our LiberMatch algorithm is a unique smart matching system designed to help you discover the most suitable opportunities in your career. Our algorithm: • Analyzes your profile score, • Your talents, • Your experience history • Your personal preferences in depth to determine the most suitable positions for you. Our system instantly recommends job postings created specifically for you, starting from the highest profile score. You can track your LiberMatch matches in real time from your candidate panel and examine career opportunities prepared specifically for you. Remember, LiberMatch not only helps you find a job; it enables you to discover the best opportunities in your career.

  • How many different languages can I create CVs in at the same time?

    You cannot select multiple languages at the same time. You are required to select 1 source language and 1 translation language for each CV. If you want to create only a classic CV or AI-Optimized classic CV, it is sufficient to select the "No Translation" option from the translation language selection menu.

  • What is the Smart Chat Bot and what is it used for?

    The Smart Chat Bot is your virtual assistant that helps you make the right choices by understanding your needs during the AI Smart CV creation process. It offers you instant suggestions from which format you should choose while preparing your CV to which template is suitable for the sector, thus helping you prepare a more efficient and professional CV.

  • How do I save favorite job postings?

    You can add the posting to your favorites by clicking the "Star" icon on the job posting detail page. You can always access the postings you add from the "My Favorite Postings" section in your profile menu.

  • How can I track my applications?

    You can monitor your applications in real time from the "My Applications" section in the candidate management panel. It is possible to track which stage the employer is reviewing your application, messaging status and interview invitations from the same section.

  • How is my data protected?

    All user data is secured with AES-256 encryption protocol. In the Web2 infrastructure, our data is stored on our servers, and when transitioning to the Web3 infrastructure, it is uploaded to IPFS as encrypted parts and stored in the distributed network. This way, only you can access your data, and it never falls into the hands of third parties.
