The personal information, educational information, contact details, work experience, date of birth, gender, photograph, and all other information stated in the resume of visitors who complete the LiberCV.com individual membership form are used to:

- Expand the range of services offered on the site
- Identify needs and expectations
Communication Preferences
The email addresses obtained during the membership process are important for announcing innovations, newsletters, campaigns, and maintaining communication with our members.
If members do not wish to benefit from these notifications provided by LiberCV.com, they can cancel by selecting the relevant option. LiberCV.com members can also notify changes in their personal information by updating their membership details.
Resume Management
Resume Creation and Storage
LiberCV.com enables individual members to create, save resumes online, and apply for jobs. Resumes prepared by members can be viewed by employers within the scope of this service. Resumes are stored on LiberCV.com in an active or passive status according to the member's choice.
Active Status
Job-seeking members with resumes in "Active" status can be displayed in resume bank candidate searches conducted by employer companies on LiberCV.com. When the resume is in "Active" status, the job-seeking member's resume becomes accessible to companies they have not applied to and is included in bulk queries and transfers to employers in the candidate pool/resume bank.
Passive Status
Having the resume in "Passive" status ensures that the job-seeking member's resume can only be viewed by companies to which they have applied. Resumes of members in Passive status cannot be viewed by employer companies in LiberCV.com resume bank searches under any circumstances.
Data Accuracy Requirements
The Member accepts and undertakes that all information provided in the Membership Form is accurate, valid, and current.
It is strictly prohibited for resume information to be false, incomplete, or misleading/deceptive; to lead to discrimination; to incite third parties to commit crimes; or to contain propaganda regarding any ethnic group, origin, language, political opinion, religion, etc.
Important Privacy Notice
Providing personal information to LiberCV.com implies consent to its use in a manner determined/deemed appropriate by LiberCV.com. Members sharing their contact information on their resumes means that third parties may also see this information, and LiberCV.com bears no responsibility in such cases. Members' resume information may be published by LiberCV.com for as long as their consent continues and to the extent permitted by law.
Corporate/Employer Company Membership
Company Information Usage
Companies requesting membership (MEMBER COMPANY) share their contact information, names/surnames/titles of contact persons, and corporate information via the Company Membership Form. This information is used as:
- Application contact details in job postings
- Invoicing paid services received via the site
- Notifying about campaigns and new products
- LiberCV.com functions and services
- Mobile phone verification during membership
- Communication for marketing purposes
Usage Limitations
Daily Limits:
- Maximum 1,000 resumes viewed daily
- Up to 5 job postings added daily
- Maximum 50 active job postings simultaneously
Annual Limits:
- 10,000 resumes viewed annually in total
- Unlimited job posting product has fair usage quota (250 postings)
- Various restrictions may apply by company
Personal Data Protection Compliance
KVKK Compliance Requirements
The MEMBER COMPANY must use personal data obtained from LiberCV.com in compliance with the principles, rules, and conditions regulated by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Otherwise, LiberCV.com is not responsible for lawsuits filed by the relevant person within the scope of KVKK or administrative fines imposed by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Processing Rules
- Process data only for recruitment operations
- Limited to means determined by parties
- Fulfill obligations as Data Controller
- Comply with KVKK requirements completely
Data Destruction Requirements
- Destroy all data after service period expires
- Remove from all digital or physical media
- Record destruction processes as Data Controller
- Present records to LiberCV.com when required
